Here are a few tips to get you started:

  • Go to bed and wake up around the same time every day to support the body’s natural circadian rhythm.
  • Create a quiet, cool, and dark sleep environment to enhance the body’s production of melatonin.
  • Refrain from drinking alcohol or exercising 3 hours before bedtime.
  • Keep electronics, work projects, and stressful conversations out of the bedroom to induce a blissful bedroom environment.
  • Develop a bedtime ritual of relaxation and meditation.
